After the Tango Vignettes exhibit there was a studio reception for friends. The photographer missed most of the guests because of taking time to talk, entertain and dance with them.

Yet we'll go no more a-roving
By the light of the moon.

On that day we celebrated Vangelis' birthday.

A little effort before the candle is blown.

And then hard work to cut the cake!

Hector is surrounded by May and Spring.

The coffee table from the living room was
placed temporarily in the bedroom
to make space for dancing.

Hector and May do a little demo ...

... and then Lilly teaches George how to do the same.

While May and Hector are watching.

Karin: What compelled you to paint the Vignettes?

Zafiris: I will tell you, but it is a secret.
